Returns

Returns and refunds can be completed within 14 days of delivery. The 14 days start on the day the carrier marks your parcel delivered. If a parcel was sent without tracking, they start on the day we shipped it.

What can be returned?

Pieces must be unworn and in the condition they shipped. If concerns with conditions arise, email waytworare@gmail.com.

How to start a return

1. Email us within 14 days with your order number and what you're returning.

2. We reply with the return address.

3. Send it back. Once it arrives as it shipped, we refund your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds for shipping fee only if the item was wrong or not as described.

You pay to send the piece back, unless the item was wrong or not as described.
